ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with the Kevin Grall Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Property & Casualty License for Wisconsin.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
